Rooms resells calls to nato.openverbs.com: you make one x402 payment to Rooms, Rooms pays nato.openverbs.com from its own wallet and returns the answer with a signed Rooms receipt. Never charged when the call fails. No account or API key.

Send {"path", "method", "query", "body"}: path is one of the paid endpoints below (default /v1/spell), query and body go to nato.openverbs.com as given. Pay the 402 with any x402 client and resend the same POST with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE (or X-PAYMENT).

  Encode text into international (ITU) Morse code. Letters are separated by spaces and words by "/". Supports A-Z, 0-9 and common punctuation; unsupported characters are clean 400s.

  Turn a string of phonetic words back into text ("Sierra Oscar Sierra" → "SOS"). Accepts common alternative spellings (Alpha, Juliet, Niner). Unknown words are clean 400s.
• POST /v1/from-morse $0.003 via Rooms
  Decode international Morse code back into text. Letters are separated by whitespace and words by "/". Unknown Morse sequences are clean 400s.
